This Privacy Policy describes how the Tennis League mobile application ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

When you use Tennis League, we collect the following information:

• Account information: name, email address, profile photo, and authentication data (provided via Google Sign-In).
• Profile data: skill level, dominant hand, gender, birthdate, city, club affiliation, and availability preferences.
• League and match data: leagues you participate in, match results, scores, and statistics.
• AI Coach data: tennis stroke videos you record for analysis, body pose data extracted from videos, and the resulting analysis reports.
• Device information: device tokens for push notifications, app version, operating system version, and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics).

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your tennis league participation
• To match you with opponents and schedule matches
• To calculate ELO rating and statistics
• To analyze your tennis strokes via AI (Google Gemini)
• To send push notifications about matches, invitations, and league activity
• To improve app stability and fix bugs

Data Sharing

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Supabase (database, authentication, storage) — Supabase Privacy Policy
• Google Firebase (push notifications, crash reporting) — Firebase Privacy
• Google Gemini AI (tennis stroke analysis) — Google Privacy Policy
• Google Sign-In (authentication)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Public Information

The following information is visible to other users in your leagues:

• Your name, profile photo, and skill level
• Your ELO rating and match history
• Leagues and tournaments you participate in

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase servers (EU region). We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and Supabase's built-in encryption at rest. Authentication uses OAuth 2.0 via Google Sign-In.

Video Analysis Data

Tennis stroke videos are processed locally on your device (frame extraction and pose detection) before sending only the extracted joint angles and timing data to Google Gemini for analysis. Original videos are stored on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to share an analysis.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data via the in-app profile editor
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Account deletion will permanently remove your profile, match history, and all personal data within 30 days.

Push Notifications

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications about match invitations, score confirmations, and league activity. You can disable notifications in your device settings or in the app's notification preferences.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
